Professional Experience
Atty. Davies is formerly a Tax Consultant with Deloitte and Touche, an international "Big Six" Certified Public Accounting firm.  At Deloitte, Atty. Davies provided sophisticated estate and tax planning services and represented clients with respect to compliance issues and audits before the Internal Revenue Service and Massachusetts Department of Revenue.  Before Deloitte, Mr. Davies was an Internal Auditor with Mobil Oil Corporation in its world headquarters in New York City and outside Washington D.C.

Colella Foundation, Inc., a non-profit private foundation.
